REFUND POLICY
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. To prevent sizing issues, we encourage customers to carefully review our Sizing Chart before purchasing. However, if your purchased item does not fit, you may contact us at info@sesethelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and sizing concern.
Returned items without an official reference number will not be accepted. Our customer care team is available to assist you with the return process.
If the item is unavailable in your preferred size, we will offer a credit note, or issue a refund based on your preference.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return unused items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of purchase will be issued minus the shipping charge, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and garment tags attached.
If an item shows signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend returning items via reputable courier services and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
Refund Policy:
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
To initiate a return, please email info@sesethelabel.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Once we confirm your request, we will provide you with the shipping address for the return. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
Shipping costs of your returning item will be at your cost. If you are making an exchange for another item, at both domestic and international orders, we will cover the costs of sending the new item to you, if the item is available after we have received and processed your return.
